Looks cool though! ------------------ Read the above discussion. That should give you a good sense of this product. I got one and installed it the day I took delivery. Cannot say anough good things about it. Easy to install and will not harm the paint. Definitely a good investment, in my opinion. Kevin ------------------ ------------------ Here’s a post on my installation and removal of the DekProTec that I had to do after improperly installing the first one. I had the chrome and put a cat in it as opposed to the Prowler text. You might find this information helpful as well. It looks like a good idea. Does anyone have anything like this? The only worry I have is it may cause damage to the paint.

------------------ed monahan I have a hardtop and I could already see marks in the paint from the soft top so I had a larger one made locally. The hardtop extends farther back onto the trunk lid, almost to the extra brake light. I think it will definitely help in the long run. I had red vinyl made for my red car and it is not noticeable. JFB THERE ARE SEVERAL PRODUCTS BEING USED TO PROTECT THE FRONT END FROM ROCK CHIPS, XPEL IS ONE, THESE PRODUCTS ARE CLEAR, MUCH TOUGHER THAN SIGN VINYL, AND WON'T AFFECT THE COLOR OF YOUR CAR BECAUSE THEY ARE PRACTICALLY INVISIBLE. A GOOD WINDOW TINT SHOP THAT HANDLES THESE PRODUCTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO INSTALL IT
